Your hosts, Jon and Kim Burns, are proud to bring you the healthy and satisfying cuisine of the Mediterranean. Tuscan Gardens at Two Rivers Lodge is a marriage between Alaskan and Mediterranean cuisine with a delicious, new menu every summer.
     
       We combine the freshest ingredients available with imported meats and cheeses and our chef's own infused extra virgin olive oil. The herbs used in the adaptations of our menu items have been organically grown in our greenhouse. Much of the produce is grown locally by small farms right here on Chena Hot Springs Road.
   
       Our wines have been carefully selected to compliment not only our cuisine, but also the ambiance of the Tuscan Gardens. You may also choose one of our draft beers from the Old Burl Beer Tap or a cool summer cocktail from our full service bar.
       
       The Bocce Court will be open for free play whenever leagues are not in play. Our staff will happily show you the basics of this simple game. What a wonderful way to spend time with the kids and enjoy our tasty pizza. For the safety of your children and other patrons, children must be accompanied by an adult on the Bocce Court.
